Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Sales Administrator will manage internal sales processes, coordinate documentation, and ensure data hygiene while facilitating communication between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute internal sales processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Track payments, assist with collections, and manage sales-related documentation
- Maintain organized internal systems and assist with CRM data hygiene and reporting
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales administration or sales support, preferably in SaaS or B2B
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and tools like G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on clarity and improvement
- Familiarity with sales documentation and scheduling tools
