Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support Sales Advisors and clients through efficient management of schedules and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated support to Sales Advisors and manage client appointment scheduling
  • Facilitate the transition of sales orders and draft proposals for sales activities
  • Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce CRM and respond to client inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of client service experience
  • High computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
