Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their sales team and ensure efficient deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of the sales lifecycle, deal flow, and internal approval processes
- Review deals for completeness and accuracy, assist in contract preparation, and ensure CRM data integrity
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members on deal processes and compliance checks
Required Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-driven with a strong work ethic
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- Background in sales or customer support is a plus
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and handle sensitive information responsibly
