Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support quoting and proposal management, oversee reporting and dashboards, and provide cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM data, manage sales dashboards, and conduct audits for accuracy
- Identify operational inefficiencies, support cross-departmental handoffs, and assist with process improvements
- Produce reports for sales leadership and serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding sales operations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field
- Hands-on expertise with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams
