Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support quoting and proposal management, oversee reporting and dashboards, and provide cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update CRM data, manage sales dashboards, and conduct audits for accuracy
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, support cross-departmental handoffs, and assist with process improvements
  • Produce reports for sales leadership and serve as a point of contact for internal teams regarding sales operations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related field
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams
