Job Summary
Providing daily administrative support to enhance productivity and efficiency, the full-time Sales Administrator will manage CRM inquiries, support sales operations, and assist partners while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle ticket creation, user acceptance testing, and data hygiene for CRM applications
- Coordinate sales resource updates, manage documentation, and lead monthly sales calls
- Assist with partner knowledge base updates and perform high-volume data entry tasks
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years in customer service or a related sales support role
- At least two years of working knowledge of CRM applications, preferably Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a positive, collaborative attitude
