Job Summary

Providing daily administrative support to enhance productivity and efficiency, the full-time Sales Administrator will manage CRM inquiries, support sales operations, and assist partners while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle ticket creation, user acceptance testing, and data hygiene for CRM applications
  • Coordinate sales resource updates, manage documentation, and lead monthly sales calls
  • Assist with partner knowledge base updates and perform high-volume data entry tasks
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of three years in customer service or a related sales support role
  • At least two years of working knowledge of CRM applications, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a positive, collaborative attitude
