Job Summary
Supporting a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Administrator will manage internal sales processes, coordinate documentation, and ensure the revenue team remains focused on driving sales while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute internal sales processes, ensuring consistency, organization, and accuracy
- Track and process payments, assist with collections, and manage templates and related documentation
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with reports and dashboards for leadership
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or operations (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and tools like G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with quoting, sales documentation, and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated with a process-oriented mindset focused on clarity and improvement
