Job Summary
Supporting a dynamic sales team, the full-time Sales Administrator will manage internal sales processes, coordinate documentation, and ensure data organization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute internal sales processes, ensuring consistency, organization, and accuracy
- Track and process payments, assist with collections, and manage templates and related documentation
- Support sales enablement by coordinating with marketing to ensure content is current and accessible to the sales team
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years in sales administration, sales support, or operations (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and using tools like G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with quoting, sales documentation, and scheduling tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Passionate about technology, customer service, and continuous learning
