Job Summary
Supporting a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Administrator will manage internal sales processes, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth operations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute internal sales processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Track and process payments, assist with collections, and manage related documentation
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with reports and dashboards for leadership
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or operations (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and tools like G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Process-oriented mindset with a drive for clarity and improvement
- Familiarity with quoting, sales documentation, and scheduling tools
