Job Summary

Supporting a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Administrator will manage internal sales processes, coordinate documentation, and ensure smooth operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and execute internal sales processes to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Track and process payments, assist with collections, and manage related documentation
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and assist with reports and dashboards for leadership
Required qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or operations (SaaS or B2B preferred)
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot preferred) and tools like G-Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Process-oriented mindset with a drive for clarity and improvement
  • Familiarity with quoting, sales documentation, and scheduling tools
