Job Summary
Providing operational and administrative support to the Sage X3/500 sales team, the full-time remote Sales Administrator will manage CRM records, process quotes and orders, and prepare sales documents to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain Leads and Opportunities in CRM, ensuring accuracy throughout the sales cycle
- Prepare and process customer quotes and orders, coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve issues
- Manage customer-facing sales documents and monitor their status for electronic signatures
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Customer Service
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in processing quotes, contracts, and sales orders
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Sign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
