Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Advisor to assist families with preplanning funeral arrangements through inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Take warm inbound calls and guide families through preplanning options with an empathy-first approach
• Build trust with families to help them make informed decisions
• Manage follow-ups via phone, text, and email, while tracking personal pipeline and results

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of sales experience in a consultative role
• Experience in a high-trust context such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare
• Strong phone presence and ability to connect with clients emotionally
• Self-directed with the ability to manage one's own pipeline and performance
• Bonus: Proficiency in Spanish and experience in a startup or tech environment
