Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fan Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 100-125 outbound sales calls per shift and build Fan profiles through surveys
Provide support for Fan service requests and promote connections with other teams
Handle Fan escalations and provide order updates while maintaining product knowledge

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant experience in the field
Basic accounting skills required
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak market events
Open availability for evening and weekend shifts is necessary
