Required Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of sales experience in a consultative role
• Background in a high-trust context such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically over the phone
• Self-directed and accountable in managing a personal sales pipeline
• Experience in a fast-moving, early-stage environment is preferred
