Sales Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Advisor - HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting
• Consult with clients to understand their payroll and HR challenges and recommend solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal partners and clients to build a sustainable sales pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience selling payroll, HCM, or HR technology and services
• Experience with payroll or HCM solutions, particularly UKG Ready
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
