Job Summary
Joining a fast-growing team, the full-time remote Sales Advisor will take warm inbound calls to guide families through preplanning options with a consultative, empathy-first approach, ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Guide families through their options during warm inbound calls using a consultative approach
- Build trust by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to families' needs
- Track results and continuously refine approaches based on feedback and outcomes
Required qualifications:
- 2 to 6 years of sales experience with a focus on consultative conversations
- Strong phone presence and emotional intelligence to connect with families
- Self-directed with the ability to manage a personal pipeline and own results
- Experience in a high-trust context such as insurance, healthcare, or financial services is a plus
- Familiarity with modern sales tools and a fast-paced environment
