Sales Advisor
Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Sales Advisor will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing training and support for product onboarding while working remotely from the US West region.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Provide training and onboarding support for new and existing customers
- Collect customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements
Required qualifications
- 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Experience in a similar or sales-focused role is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience in IT is preferred
