Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Advisor with a PEO Conversion Focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with prospects to evaluate their current PEO arrangements and identify opportunities for transition
- Position payroll and HR services as a flexible alternative to the PEO model, highlighting control and cost-effectiveness
- Manage the sales lifecycle, including proposal preparation, negotiations, and client transition support
Required Qualifications
- Two to five years of experience selling PEO services
- Strong knowledge of PEO structures and co-employment relationships
- Proven ability to conduct consultative, value-based sales conversations
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills
