Job Summary

A company is looking for a Universal Sales Representative to work in an inside sales role, selling and supporting various dental savings plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify consumer needs and recommend appropriate dental savings plans
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance goals in a high-performing environment
• Educate consumers on plan features and manage the enrollment process through calls

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Call Center Sales experience
• High-energy personality with a positive attitude and assertive sales orientation
• Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas and KPIs
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) or multilingual is a plus
