Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance and identify trends and opportunities
Perform forecast and gap-to-plan analyses and prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) materials
Build dashboards in Excel/Power BI and support pipeline and sales performance reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
3+ years in analytics, sales operations, or finance
Advanced Excel skills
Experience with Power BI and CRM systems
