Sales Analytics Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Analytics and Commission Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the quarterly variable compensation process, including payment calculations and management reporting
• Investigate and resolve commission and bonus-related inquiries from participants
• Prepare documentation for audits and conduct research on revenue and compensation data validations

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in Revenue or Variable Compensation
• At least 2 years of experience with ICM tools (e.g., Xactly Incent, Varicent)
• At least 2 years of experience using Salesforce
• Experience participating in the SDLC life cycle
• Experience supporting internal/external audits and maintaining SOX-related controls
