Sales Analytics Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Sales Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the sales and customer support center analytics roadmap to enhance performance
• Build and maintain SQL- and Python-based models to improve lead conversion and agent productivity
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key KPIs and deliver actionable insights for sales strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, sales strategy, or operations, with 4-5 years in a leadership role
• Deep experience in customer support center analytics, including funnel optimization
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python for analyzing large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and BI tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI
