Job Summary

Owning and evolving the sales reporting and performance management framework, the full-time Sales Analytics Lead will define business measurement standards, establish KPIs, and deliver insights to drive execution across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Data teams in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end sales reporting frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Define and govern the core KPI framework used to manage business performance
  • Translate data into actionable insights and deliver executive-ready reporting for reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, Salesforce (or CRM), and Tableau (or similar tools)
  • Experience with SQL or data modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks
