A company is looking for a Sales Analytics Manager to transform complex data into actionable insights for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reports that benchmark sales performance
• Assess and analyze pipeline generation efforts for insights into lead conversion rates and sales trends
• Build and refine standardized reports and dashboards for key sales metrics visibility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years in a GTM Operations or Finance role
• Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI solutions
• Advanced experience with Salesforce, including report and dashboard creation
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
• Experience leading reporting initiatives with structured change management
