Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Strategy & Analytics Manager to act as a strategic partner to sales leadership, translating data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth and inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive weekly sales reporting and performance analysis, providing actionable recommendations for sales leadership
  • Leverage complex datasets to identify growth opportunities and risks, translating findings into strategic actions
  • Lead sales forecasting for retail POS, incorporating various market factors and ensuring alignment across teams
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales strategy, or related roles within CPG, retail, or consumer-focused industries
  • Demonstrated experience in forecasting and business planning processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and influence business decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field preferred
