Sales Analytics Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and business-focused, the full-time salaried Sales Analytics Manager will support analytics, reporting, and performance measurement solutions for the Account Sales Organization, preparing reports, maintaining dashboards, and validating data in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare analyses to support Account Sales production tracking and performance reporting
• Maintain dashboards and recurring reports while identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Assist with sales goal-setting activities and validate data for compensation reporting

Required qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related quantitative discipline
• 6 years of experience in a relevant field if holding a 2-year degree
• 1 year of hands-on experience in reporting with SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI preferred
• Experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence
• Ability to communicate technical progress and challenges effectively
