Sales and Account Management Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Account Management Coordinator to assist with sales and client services in the Clinical Trial Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives in managing opportunities, including RFIs, RFPs, and bid defenses
• Coordinate the strategic bidding process and assist with client communication and reporting
• Drive process efficiencies and perform administrative tasks while collaborating with team members

Required Qualifications

• Background in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with clinical supply experience
• Two-to-four-year degree from an accredited college or university in a health-related field is preferred
• Ability to complete support tasks in administrative, operational, or technical areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially PowerPoint
• Experience working remotely is preferred
