Job Summary
Supporting the Sales and Account Management teams, the full-time remote Sales & Account Specialist will drive growth and client satisfaction by managing RFPs, sales initiatives, and client transitions while serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of low-need clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Account Management teams with RFPs, proposals, and ongoing account needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned low-need accounts, managing routine requests and communications
- Support Account Managers with reporting, documentation, and client communications to enhance the client experience
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales support, or client services
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with project management experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in athletics preferred
