Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Sales & Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the sales team, mentoring and managing high-performing AEs, SDRs, and Sales Ops
  • Own sales strategy by setting targets and developing tailored sales playbooks for various industries
  • Drive new business growth by personally closing high-value deals and collaborating cross-functionally


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience in a high-growth digital agency or AdTech environment
  • Proven success in scaling revenue functions from $10M+ to $50M+
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and retain top-performing sales teams
  • Experience selling creative, paid media, or performance marketing services
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as Finance, Healthcare, and Insurance is a plus
