Job Summary

Driving the growth of Asset Performance Management and Diagnostic & Monitoring business across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa, the full-time remote Europe Sales and Business Development Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with regional sales teams to expand the Asset Management pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for enterprise-level solutions targeting utility and industrial customers
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and leading campaigns for high-value, complex deals
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and leverage GE Grid Solutions capabilities to promote Asset Management solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field
  • Extensive knowledge of the European electrical and utility markets with a strong background in digital/software sales
  • Experience in Grid Automation/Services or relevant industrial sectors such as power generation and oil and gas
  • Ability to travel and valid work authorization in the EU
  • Fluency in English
