Sales and Contract Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Sales & Contract Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in calculating and handling contract pricing requests based on customer agreements and market prices
• Validate contract performance to ensure compliance with trading requirements
• Support the new customer setup process and ensure accurate master data for invoicing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience ensuring data accuracy in internal systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in a complex multinational or matrixed organization (preferred)
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system (preferred)
