Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Sales and Customer Support Specialist will manage sales quotes, process orders, and coordinate with design teams while working remotely from LATAM.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage sales quotes from initial request through to approval and order confirmation
  • Process and track orders in the company's ERP system, proactively flagging delays and keeping customers informed
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, customer support, or order management in a B2B environment
  • Near-native or native English proficiency for all client communication
  • Proven experience managing the full order lifecycle from quoting through fulfillment and post-sale follow-up
  • CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Based in LATAM and available to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
