Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Sales and Delivery Leader (AQT BU).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for traditional and AI-driven testing services
• Ensure exceptional quality delivery while optimizing profit margins and incorporating AI and ML into testing strategies
• Build and mentor a high-performing team skilled in modern AI/ML testing techniques

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in delivery, sales, or business management within IT services, QA, or software engineering
• Strong understanding of modern QA and testing approaches, including AI- and ML-driven strategies
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients consultatively around next-generation testing solutions
• Deep experience with forecasting, financial management, and margin improvement strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
