Job Summary
Supporting sales and event operations, the contract Sales and Events Coordinator will manage logistics, maintain accurate data, and ensure effective communication across teams and external partners in a hybrid work environment based in Philadelphia, PA.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting support for leadership and sales teams
- Support event planning and execution for conventions, trade shows, and client meetings by managing logistics, vendor coordination, and attendee communications
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems and prepare reports, presentations, and related materials
Required qualifications
- A degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- At least two years of experience in administrative support, event coordination, or a similar environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM or event management tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and customer service abilities
