Sales and Finance Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Finance Assistant (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to new leads and schedule appointments for the Finance Specialist or Account Executive
• Follow up with partners biweekly to assess their needs and connect them with their Account Executive
• Provide appointment reminders to clients and complete special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Foreign Contractor/Freelancer status
• Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Fluent in English with a neutral accent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Motivation to succeed and adaptability to dynamic environments
