Job Summary

Sales and Growth Counsel, this full-time position involves structuring, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements to support the Ad Sales and Growth business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structure, draft, review, and negotiate digital advertising and technology agreements
  • Provide contractual and strategic guidance to internal clients and identify practical business solutions
  • Establish best practices and templates related to digital advertising and ad technology
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of legal experience in an established law firm and an entertainment, media, advertising, or technology company
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting technology and commercial agreements
  • Preferred experience with privacy and data processing terms
  • Strong drafting skills and ability to balance legal protections with business needs
  • JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school
