Job Summary
Owning both sales and marketing for the company, the remote Founding Sales & Marketing Leader will manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing while developing and executing internal marketing strategies to elevate the brand and attract clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and negotiate contracts
- Develop and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategies, including content and brand positioning
- Create and direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, and case studies to support demand generation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta, or strong knowledge of direct response and digital marketing
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management and deal tracking
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and available during standard business hours
