Job Summary
Owning the sales and marketing functions, the remote Founding Sales & Marketing Leader will manage the sales process from initial conversation to contract signing while developing and executing the company's internal marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct introductory and discovery calls, manage the sales pipeline, and handle objections and contract negotiations
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy, including Meta advertising campaigns and content creation
- Create and maintain sales playbooks and marketing assets to elevate the company brand and attract new clients
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B closing experience with a proven track record of significant earnings from commissions
- Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
- Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably on Meta platforms
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting
- Ability to operate independently across both sales and marketing functions
