Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their aftermarket agricultural part sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the inside sales team and key accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement marketing programs and promotions to enhance brand awareness and sales growth
• Collaborate with product development for new product introductions and analyze marketing program performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related business field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management and marketing experience
• Experience in the agricultural industry with knowledge of the parts business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Preferred experience in the aftermarket parts business within the agricultural sector
