Sales and Operations Planning Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Operations Planning Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, ensuring alignment across Sales, Planning, Operations, and Finance teams
• Oversee demand planning and supply balancing to identify risks and opportunities
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to forecasting accuracy, service levels, and inventory health

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or APICS/IBF certification preferred
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in supply chain or operations planning, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience leading and optimizing the S&OP process in a global organization
• Proficiency with planning tools such as SAP, Solomon, Power BI, or John Galt
• Proven ability to lead through change and foster collaboration in dynamic environments
