Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer communication and project support throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee office administration, including inventory management and logistics coordination
• Conduct post-project satisfaction surveys and maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience required
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in construction or home services
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
