Sales and Real Estate Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist for Sales and Real Estate positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit licensed real estate agents and sales professionals through various channels
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
• Manage the interview process and collaborate with hiring managers

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience or 3 years of inside sales experience
• Experience recruiting real estate agents or sales professionals preferred
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (or similar ATS), and job boards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
