Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for sales, customer growth, and retention, the full-time salaried Sales and Retention Director will develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to drive growth and operational effectiveness while overseeing key operational functions including sales and customer support, with the flexibility to work remotely across multiple states.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and implementation of consumer call center sales and service activities to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Allocate budgeted monthly targets for contact center sales teams and provide operational direction to meet key performance metrics
  • Direct operations strategy for new markets, including designing sales and retention flows to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
