Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales and Retention Manager to oversee a team focused on client retention and revenue recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor team KPIs, identify gaps, and implement action plans to achieve targets
  • Lead and develop the retention team through training and performance reviews
  • Handle escalated customer cases and report on retention performance to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in B2C sales, retention, or client-facing roles
  • Proven track record of closing deals and recovering high-risk clients
  • At least 2 years of recent experience managing small teams
  • Fluent in English (C1+)
  • Highly organized and motivated by results
