Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and manage team performance, the remote Director of Sales & Revenue will leverage their expertise to oversee relationships, develop new business opportunities, and collaborate with the executive team while setting and achieving sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manages team members involved in revenue generation initiatives and ensures accountability for results
- Collaborates with all directors to identify monthly revenue growth opportunities across divisions
- Conducts regular performance checks and holds meetings to track progress and set priorities
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of sales leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on sales experience with high-ticket or complex solutions
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools
- Strong accountability and self-sustainability mindset
