- Drive growth execution by managing pipeline generation, conversion rates, and deal velocity
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Proven success in scaling ARR in subscription or tech-enabled services
- Experience selling to SMB and commercial customers
- Deep understanding of subscription economics (ARR, LTV, CAC, retention)
- Hands-on experience with modern sales tools and AI-enabled platforms
