Key Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable revenue system through segmentation, routing, and sales motions
  • Drive growth execution by managing pipeline generation, conversion rates, and deal velocity
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • Proven success in scaling ARR in subscription or tech-enabled services
  • Experience selling to SMB and commercial customers
  • Deep understanding of subscription economics (ARR, LTV, CAC, retention)
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools and AI-enabled platforms
