Sales and Service Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Sales and Service Senior Analyst will provide analytical and operational support across various functions, manage recurring processes, and design automated solutions using SQL, Salesforce, and other tools.
Key responsibilities
- Provide analytical support across Sales and Service Systems, managing tasks and projects to enhance team efficiency
- Partner with the VP on data exploration and reporting, ensuring timely completion of recurring processes
- Support the Commissions team with onboarding new commission plans and automating commission processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related quantitative field
- 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Power Automate, and Power BI for automation and reporting
- Demonstrated experience designing automated processes or reporting solutions
