Job Summary
Leading the transformation of the Sales and Use Tax Compliance practice, the full-time salaried Sales and Use Tax Transformation Managing Director will implement standardized, technology-enabled operating models while enhancing efficiency and supporting scalable growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the transition to a standardized, technology-enabled compliance model
- Design and implement scalable compliance delivery approaches to support growth
- Drive adoption of new technologies and processes in partnership with compliance leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant professional certification (CPA, JD, LLM, CMI, EA) is required
- Deep knowledge of sales and use tax compliance with experience in operational transformation
- Proven success in designing and implementing scalable, technology-enabled compliance models
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams, including offshore delivery models
