Job Summary

- Engage potential clients on Zoom and phone to qualify their goals and readiness
- Set high-quality appointments and ensure a seamless handoff to Enrollment Advisors
- Maintain CRM notes and meet daily and weekly performance metrics in a competitive sales environment
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales and a passion for talking to people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Willingness to work 50+ hours per week, including weekends
- Strong alignment with the mission of empowering women through fitness
