Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales Architect team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Qualify prospects through assessments and technical evaluations to determine opportunity fit
• Collaborate with service and delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition of client projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Industry-related experience with the ability to address client business process issues
• Implementation experience in at least 10 full life cycle implementations or 5+ years of ERP implementation experience
• 3+ years of success in pre-sales operations with enterprise software firms
• 2+ years of experience leading and coaching a team
