Job Summary

Leading a team of Sales Architects, the full-time hybrid Sales Architect Manager will oversee functional and technical discovery for new technology sales opportunities, manage team performance, and ensure effective project transitions from sales to services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Sales Architect team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Qualify prospects through assessments and technical evaluations to determine opportunity fit
  • Collaborate with service and delivery teams to align on resources and expectations during the sales cycle
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field
  • Industry-related experience with the ability to solve client business process and application issues
  • Implementation experience in at least 10 full life cycle implementations or 5+ years of ERP implementation experience
  • 3+ years of success in pre-sales operations with an enterprise software and systems integration firm
  • 2+ years of experience leading and coaching a team
