Sales Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to support Senior Account Executives in enhancing broker relationships and managing volume.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update lists of Loan Officers (LOs) and ensure they have necessary logins and access to marketing announcements
• Train LOs and processors on company systems and provide ongoing support through calls and emails
• Schedule meetings for Senior Account Executives with top producing LOs and follow up on loan submissions and pipeline management

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in the Mortgage Industry
• Ability to handle deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in multitasking
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or Finance
• 2+ years of experience as a sales assistant
